Quite comfortable rooms for two people. We booked two rooms for our family, and they kindly provided them next to each other. The availability of free parking in front of the hotel was also a big plus for us. We were satisfied with the breakfast as well. We stayed for one night, and since the hotel was on our route, we’re glad we made the right choice."

"Convenient location – close to the city center and major transport hubs. The room is clean and spacious, with regular housekeeping; towels and bed linen are always fresh. The staff is friendly and professional and helped with all our questions. The breakfast is tasty and varied, offering both hot dishes and light options. Suitable for both work and leisure. Parking nearby is a big plus for those traveling by car. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Košice. I will definitely come back again!"

"The hotel has a great location. We were able to easily connect to roads in all directions, and we made use of the nearby shopping center for dinners, as well as enjoyed the great view of planes taking off from the nearby airport. The rooms are spacious, bright, and sunny. The road did not disturb us at all, and even the children had no trouble falling asleep. The mattresses are comfortable, and the bathroom is luxurious. Although the hotel was not fully occupied on some days during our stay, we appreciate that it still maintained an excellent buffet breakfast. We were extremely satisfied."

"Recently, we organized a family celebration for about 50 people at this hotel and I must express maximum satisfaction. Communication with the event manager was fast, reasonable, open to various options, and very pleasant. What we agreed on was exactly what we received. The hotel premises were beautiful and clean. We had the Alžbeta hall available, which looks great and felt great as well. The staff serving us were very accommodating, kind, and always available. The kitchen also met expectations – the food was excellent, tasty, and in the right quantity. I cannot evaluate accommodation as we did not use it, but overall the hotel left the impression of a clean and cozy place for us and our guests. Based on our experience, I can and will recommend this hotel further. Thank you."

"We would like to sincerely thank the employees and management of Hotel Košice****, especially managers Ms. Zuzana Semancová and Mr. Ivan Lemak, for excellent cooperation in organizing and hosting our daughter's wedding on 25 September 2021. They were not only very open and honest but also able to respond flexibly to our suggestions and accommodate changes that arose during preparations. Their professional approach, willingness, and helpfulness exceeded our expectations.
We have organized hundreds of events and trainings, but such an approach is rare.
Beautiful decoration, high-quality food and drinks, and the professional attitude of the staff enhanced the overall impression of the wedding. Guests from Hungary, the Czech Republic, and even the USA attended, and all highly praised not only the pleasant environment, beautiful decoration, and above-standard cleanliness of the hotel and rooms but also the professional approach of the staff. Thanks to the high-quality work of the entire team, they made this special day in our daughter's life truly unforgettable.
We have stayed at this hotel six times already, and once again we were very satisfied. I wish the entire hotel and its excellent staff many more successful events, and we will certainly turn to them again in the future.
